Below are the terms and conditions that the passenger, the credit card holder and/or the person ordering, each of
whom will be referred subsequently as "Customer":
- Customer acknowledges that The Bingo Casino Shuttle Service, Inc. may record any telephone call for purposes
of quality assurance and for verbal confirmation of all contracts. The Customer consents to such.
- We accept reservations by phone, fax, or e-mail
- All reservations are to be paid at time of booking. If Customer pays by credit card, Customer authorizes The
Bingo Casino Shuttle Service, Inc. to charge all amounts owned under this agreement.
- We take cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner's Club or Discover. We will need a credit card to
hold your reservation and will need to swipe the card after your trip in the minibus unless you have a
signature account.
- Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
- You may cancel a reservation up to 72 hours before the reservation takes place with a penalty of 25%.
- If you cancel less than 72 hours before the order or do not show up we charge you the full amount of the
original order. Customer will remain responsible for full payment of the charter or shuttle service as a
cancellation fee.
- Any money owned to the Customer as a result of a cancellation will be returned to the Customer within five
(5) business days of the date of cancellation.
- Customer and Customer's party are expected to conduct themselves in a manner so as to not cause injury to themselves
or other persons or damage to the vehicle. In the event that the Customer or Customer's party causes any damage to
the vehicle, Customer shall be responsible for the cost of repairing such damage with a minimum charge of $500
for such repair and/or cleaning of the vehicle. All Customers paying in cash or chartering any specialty vehicle
must provide a repair and/or cleaning deposit of $1000.00 per charter. The decision as to the need for repair or
additional cleaning rests solely in The Bingo Casino Shuttle Service, Inc. in its good faith discretion and its
decision is final. If at any time during the charter, service is terminated either due to unruly conduct of Customer
or Customer's party, damage to vehicle, or violation of any provision of the terms and conditions as determined by
The Bingo Casino Shuttle Service, Inc. no refund of money will be granted. The Bingo Casino Shuttle Service, Inc., in
its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service as its deems appropriate and also reserves the right to charge
for any overtime ordered or incurred by Customer on the day of the charter. Such overtime, if charged, will be in
hourly increments at the hourly rate indicated on the document titled " Reservation Sheet". All other
charges and fees, including but not limited to gratuity, shall apply to overtime hours.
- Protocol on e-mail reservations is as follows:
- You can submit your reservations online
- We require that you are in possession of a reply/confirmation, so if you do not get a reply
back to a submitted reservation, please call 1-800-202-2277 to make sure that you are scheduled!
- There is no smoking in our minibuses.
- In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5348.2 & .3 consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under 21 years
of age is strictly prohibited. In addition, absolutely no bottles or kegs of any size will be allowed on or in any of The
Bingo Casino Shuttle Service, Inc. vehicles.
- If passengers are minors, please read the page on traveling with Children. A
phone number of one of the parents or legal guardians of the unaccompanied child must be given to the driver
prior to the ride.
- Any and all refunds due to Customer will be given in the form of future credit towards services. If customer wants to change
payment from an already charged credit card to another form of payment, a fee of five percent (5%) will be charged
as a handling fee.
