Because of heightened security measures in the United States, there are several items that you need to be aware:

1. Check with the Department of Homeland Security to identify what items are acceptable in carry-on luggage and to check the national threat advisory
2. We accept reservations by phone, fax, or e-mail
3. We take cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner's Club or Discover. We will need a credit card to hold your reservation and will need to swipe the card after your trip in the car unless you have a signature account.
4. We will need the following on a phone reservation:
   • Name of person making reservation and phone number.
   • Name of lead person traveling and phone number.
   • Address of pick up or flight information including flight number, arrival airport and estimated time of arrival.
   • Type of pick up i.e.: checked luggage, no checked, or gate meet
   • Credit card information (unless we have it from previous travel)
   • Destination after you are in the minibus
   • Time of the pick up.
   • Luggage status i.e.: checked or not checked
5. Protocol for no checked luggage pick ups is as follows:
   • You are to stand outside in the area designated for Shuttle Services. If you go outside and do not see a minibus from The Bingo Casino Shuttle Service, Inc., call 1-800-202-2277 immediately.
6. Protocol for checked luggage pick ups is as follows:
   • You are to get off the plane and proceed to baggage claim and collect your luggage, then call 1-800-202-2277 to insure that you are still on schedule for pickup.
   • If you do not see a minibus from The Bingo Casino Shuttle Service at the designated time, call back and get an update on the minibus arrival.
7. Protocol on e-mail reservations is as follows:
   • You can submit your reservations online
   • We require that you are in possession of a reply/confirmation, so if you do not get a reply back to a submitted reservation, please call 1-800-202-2277 to make sure that you are scheduled!
8. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
   • We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
   • You may cancel a reservation up to 72 hours before the reservation takes place with a penalty of 25%.
   • If you cancel less than 72 hours before the order or do not show up we charge you the full amount of the original order.
9. If anyone gets sick in the minibus there is a $250 minimum clean up fee.
10. If anything is lost or stolen, there is a $100 minimum replacement fee.
11. There is no smoking in our minibuses.
12. In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5348.2 & .3 consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. In addition, absolutely no bottles or kegs of any size will be allowed on or in any of The Bingo Casino Shuttle Service, Inc. vehicles.
13. If passengers are minors, please read the page on traveling with Children. A phone number of one of the parents or legal guardians of the unaccompanied child must be given to the driver prior to the ride.
